Service Fees and Payments

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before an event receive a full refund. Cancellations between 14-30 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before an event are non-refundable. Event cancellations by indigo-fell due to circumstances beyond our control will be credited toward future events.

Limitation of Liability

indigo-fell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Indemnification
